Great news for those wanting to use a Veterans Administration (VA) loan to buy or refinance property at Lake of the Woods! The majority of membership voted to delete Paragraph 17, Right of First Refusal, from the restrictive covenants.
With the the Department of Defense Base Closure & Realignment (BRAC) (http://www.brac.gov/) making a large impact in our area, this will help Lake of the Woods sellers by opening the market to our US Veterans and members of the Armed Forces.

My husband and I want to thank all the LOW memebers for their vote. We will now be able to use Stephen’s VA loan that he served his country to recieve. Again thank you one and all.
